| Below we have
created a list of services we provide to our dealers, payment methods
accepted, and shipping methods we use. |

| Drop shipping:
We will ship the orders directly to your customers so you dont
have to stock anything. This method is used by almost all of our online
dealers. |

| Warranty:
We handle the warranty for you. You can send your customers to our
warranty page and have them file a warranty claim. We will contact
them within 1 day and have them all taken care of. |
|
| Tech Support:
We know these scooters like the backs of our hands so we think
its best if we handle all the tech support for you. We also have online
technical support videos that are very helpfull to many customers.

| Shipping
time: We ship all orders via FedEx ground. We can ship faster
services, additional fees apply. We ship all orders within 1 business
day of receiving them. |

| Bulk
order Discounts: We
offer additional discounts for larger orders. Minumum order for this
is one pallet. Depending on what you order will determine how many
unites fill a pallet. All bulk orders are qouted individually. |

| Payment methods
accepted: We accept all major credit cards, paypal, wire transfers,
and money orders. We do not do COD. All orders must be paid before
they ship out. |

| How orders
are placed: We
have a dealer order page that you can order off of with a credit card
you can call your orders in. We will email you a link to this page
once we receive your application. |

| How
do I Become a ScooterX Dealer? |
| To become a
ScooterX dealer please print out the application below, fill it out,
and fax it back to 702-889-4392. Once we receive the application we
will create a file for your company and you will be all set up. We
will then call or email you and give you a link to our dealer ordering
page. |
